山东农业大学食品科学与工程学院教授,博士生导师,山东省农产品质量安全风险评估专家委员会委员,《食品安全质量检测学报》编委,山东省理化分析测试协会常务理事,山东省色谱学会常务理事,山东省市场监督管理局专家委员会委员,农业部农产品质量安全检测机构考核评审员。目前主要从事食品质量与安全及食品成分分析等研究工作,近年来先后主持参加国家“十一五”、“十二五”和“十三五”科技攻关计划课题和山东省重点研发计划等课题,开展了7项国家标准和3项环保部标准的制定。以通讯作者在Analytical Chemistry、Chemical Engineering Journal、Chemosphere、Biosensors and Bioelectronics、Food Chemistry、Journal of Chromatography A和分析化学等杂志发表论文70余篇,副主编《食品质量与安全实验技术》,参编《食品化学》、《谷物品质分析》、《食品标准与法规》、《食品安全性》、《农药残留高通量检测技术》和《食品质量安全分析》等6部教材。
